Delicious new discovery in Little Tokyo!!! Recommended by Mary at Mary’s Secret Garden in Ventura, this little vegan, organic, all natural Japanese restaurant offers an amazing variety of appetizers, rolls, noodle soups and desserts!! The drinks are great too!! We will definitely go back when in need of that flavor fix!!! Yum!

Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better, they do!!! Spent the weekend at the historic White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara with the Sweets and a group of really beautiful people from all over! We ate, practiced yoga, took adventurous hikes to waterfalls, bonded, slept deeply and smiled!! Happiness Runs!

Salad: Arugula, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Avocado and yes a little Parmesan with a Grape Seed oil, Balsamic Vinaigrette.
